30-Day Easy Returns

At Belladecore.com, we want you to feel completely confident bringing new décor into your home. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a smooth and simple return process.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Return Policy Overview

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition.
  • Original Packaging Required: Because many of our items are fragile (such as lamps, glass, and stone-inspired pieces), they must be returned in their original box with all protective foam, inserts, and accessories.
  • Return Authorization: All returns must be approved by our support team before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may cause delays or refusal.

Return Costs

For Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products - No cost to you

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover 100% of the return or replacement costs.
Just send us clear photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label on the box

You will receive either a prepaid return label or a free replacement.

For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)

If the item is fully functional but you no longer want it (style preference, color choice, sizing judgment, etc.):

  • You are responsible for shipping the item back.
  • We don't collect shipping fees for returns.

This ensures fairness for all customers and transparency in our return process.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to make your return as smooth as possible:

Step 1 - Contact Us

Email support@belladecore.com with your order number and reason for return.
If the item is damaged, please include photos.

Step 2 - Receive Return Authorization

Our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Step 3 - Pack Your Item Carefully

Repack the item securely using the original packaging, including all inserts, foam, and accessories.
This prevents additional damage during transit.

Step 4 - Ship the Item Back

Send your package to the return address provided in your RMA instructions.
We will notify you once it arrives.

Refund Process

Once your return arrives at our facility:

Inspection

We inspect the item to confirm it meets the return eligibility criteria (Takes 1-2 Days).

Refund Approval

You’ll receive an email notification once your refund is approved.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

No Restocking Fees

We NEVER charge restocking fees - your refund is simply the product cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you don’t see your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider (they may have delays).
  3. If still unresolved, email us at support@belladecore.com, and we’ll help immediately.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items

In these cases, the replacement is completely free.

For preference-based changes (different style, color, or model):

  • The fastest method is to complete a normal return and place a new order for your preferred item.

Return Shipping Method & Costs

  • Tracked Return Shipping Required: To protect both you and us, returns must be sent using a tracked courier service.
  • Recommended Couriers: Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, Evri
  • Estimated Return Cost: £15-£45, depending on parcel size and courier
  • Return Address:
    Follow the return instructions provided in the return authorization email and ship the package to the return address we provide.
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number is required before shipping back the item.

Lost or Damaged Return Shipments

Customers are responsible for ensuring the returned item reaches us safely.

If a return package is:

  • Lost
  • Damaged
  • Missing contents

You must contact the courier directly to file a claim.

However, we will always work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not yet entered fulfillment.

If the order has already been processed or shipped:

  • Cancellation may not be possible
  • You may need to wait for delivery and complete a standard return
