4. Orders & Acceptance

4.1 Order Submission

  • When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items under these Terms of Service.

4.2 Order Confirmation

  • A binding contract is formed only after your payment is successfully processed and we send you an order confirmation email. This email will include your order details and confirmation of acceptance.

4.3 Right to Cancel or Refuse Orders

  • We reserve the right to cancel, limit, or refuse any order for reasons including (but not limited to):
    • Stock unavailability
    • Pricing or product description errors
    • Suspicion of fraudulent activity
    • Delivery restrictions
    • Inaccurate information was provided during checkout

If an order is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

4.4 Personal Use Only

  • Products purchased from Bella Decore are intended for personal, household use only. Reselling or commercial use is not permitted unless we provide written authorization.

4.5 Order Modifications

  • You may request modifications (address updates, product changes) within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet entered fulfillment. Once the order begins processing or has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

5.1 Currency

  • All prices listed on our website are shown in Great British Pounds (GBP).

5.2 VAT Included

  • All prices shown include applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise.

5.3 Payment Authorization

  • By submitting your payment details, you confirm that:

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

6.1 Processing Time

  • Orders are generally processed within 1-4 business days (Monday to Friday).
    Orders placed after 17:00 GMT may begin processing the following business day.

6.2 Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes:
    • Transit Time: 8-11 business days
    • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 9-15 business days from the date of order
  • Deliveries to rural or remote areas may require additional time.
    UK bank holidays may extend delivery times by 1-2 business days.

    • Parcelforce
  • The carrier used for your order depends on parcel size, weight, and destination.

6.5 Tracking Information

  • Tracking details are emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
    Please allow up to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation for tracking updates to become active.

6.6 Delivery Method & Safe Drop

  • Most deliveries are completed through safe drop-off, where the courier leaves your parcel in a secure location such as a porch, parcel box, or designated safe area.
  • Photo proof may be provided by the courier.
  • In areas requiring a signature, the courier will generally make 1-2 delivery attempts.

6.7 Undeliverable or Returned Parcels

  • If the courier cannot complete the delivery:
    • The parcel may be redirected to a local collection point, or

    • Returned to our warehouse

  • If returned to us, our team will contact you to arrange redelivery.
    No additional fees apply for packages returned by the courier.

6.8 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate.
    • Address changes may be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
    • Once the order enters fulfillment, address changes may not be possible.
    • If an incorrect address leads to non-delivery, we may not be able to reroute the parcel.
  • Always review your order confirmation email and contact us immediately if a correction is needed.

6.9 Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss transfers to you once the package has been handed to the courier.
    If tracking shows the order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us so we can help investigate with the courier.

7. Returns & Exchanges (UK Standards)

We follow all UK consumer protection regulations, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7.1 Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. This includes change-of-mind returns, as long as the item meets the required return condition.

7.2 Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unaltered
  • In their original or equivalent protective packaging
  • Returned with all included parts, accessories, and inserts

Fragile Products

Many Bella Decore items include glass, ceramics, stone-inspired elements, or electrical components.

Because of this:

  • Original packaging is highly recommended, as it is designed specifically to protect the product
  • If the original packaging is not available, a similar-sized box with adequate protective padding (foam, bubble wrap, etc.) must be used

Returns damaged due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

7.3 Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before being shipped back.

We share warehouse facilities with other brands, so packages without an RMA number cannot be identified and may be rejected or delayed.

7.4 Return Costs

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

  • We cover 100% of the return shipping cost
  • In most cases, we ship a replacement immediately without waiting for the original to be returned

Change of mind/preference returns:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We will provide the correct return address and instructions with your RMA
  • No restocking fees are charged for any returns.

7.5 Return Shipping Method

We recommend using a tracked service from Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, or Parcelforce.

7.6 Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

If a refund does not appear after 7 business days, please check with your bank or card issuer, then contact us for help.

7.7 Exchanges

For defective/damaged items:

  • Replacement is shipped immediately

  • Return may or may not be required depending on the situation

  • If required, we provide a prepaid return label

For change-of-mind exchanges:

  • Send back the original item first

  • Once received and inspected (up to 48 hours), a new item will be dispatched using our standard shipping times

7.8 Lost or Damaged Return Shipments

Customers are responsible for returns during transit.
If a return parcel is lost or damaged:

  • You must file a claim with the courier

  • We will assist as much as possible to reach a fair resolution

7.9 Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours if it has not entered fulfillment.

Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
You may still return the item within the standard return window after receiving it.

8. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits or affects your statutory rights under UK law.
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and any other applicable consumer protection legislation remain fully in place.
