At Belladecore.com, we want to make your home styling experience smooth and enjoyable. Every order is handled with care, and we work with trusted UK delivery partners to ensure your décor pieces arrive safely and on time. All orders include free UK shipping with no minimum purchase required.

Service Area

  • All purchases are safely packaged and delivered to physical addresses within the UK only. Please note that we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or addresses outside of the UK.

Detailed Timeline Breakdown (Monday - Friday working days):

Our delivery estimates combine both processing time and courier transit time.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 17:00 (GMT - London). Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
  • Processing Time: 1-4 business days (Monday-Friday).
  • Transit Time: 8-11 business days (Monday-Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 9-15 business days from the date of order.

Please note that UK public holidays or busy seasonal periods may extend delivery times by 1-2 business days.

How do We Package Décor Items?

Many of our products, such as lighting, stone-style décor, and clocks, are fragile.
To ensure safe arrival, each item is packaged securely using protective materials, double-layer boxes when needed, and shock-absorbing padding.
If anything arrives damaged, our team will assist you right away.

Courier Partners & Confirmation

  • We partner with trusted national carriers, including Royal Mail, Evri, DHL, and DPD, to ensure your fragile and precious items arrive in pristine condition.

  • There are no extra handling fees or hidden charges.

Delivery Confirmation & Tracking Activation 

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

    • Tracking becomes active within 1-3 business days after dispatch.
    • Updates appear once the courier scans your parcel into their system.
    • When a package is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered successfully delivered.

    Tracking Your Order

    • You can follow your shipment’s progress through the tracking link sent to your email.
      For convenience, you may also check your order status on our Order Tracking page.

    Delivery Exceptions

    • Shipping to remote or rural areas within the United Kingdom (including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and other offshore locations) may require additional transit time.
    • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or addresses outside the United Kingdom.

    Missed Deliveries & Safe Drop

    Most couriers will attempt a safe delivery by placing the parcel in a secure location and providing photo proof.

    If a signature is required in your area:

    • Couriers typically attempt delivery 1-2 times.
    • If missed, parcels may be taken to a local collection point or returned to the sender.

    If your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment.

    Wrong or Incomplete Address

    Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

    • Customers have up to 24 hours after placing an order to update an incorrect address.
    • Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to reroute it.
    • If a package is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided, we may not be able to recover or replace it.

    If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately.

    Order Cancellations

    Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not entered fulfillment.
    If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, the item may need to be returned after delivery.

    Delivery Issues

    • If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our team right away.
    • For damaged items, we may ask for photos so we can quickly arrange a replacement.
    • If a parcel is returned to us due to missed delivery attempts or courier-related issues, we will reach out to arrange a reshipment at no extra cost.
